The Recruiting Department consist of 4sub-departments:

• Open Recruiting – Supports and acts as astrategic partner in all open positions acrosscampus, using a competitive method ofevaluating and interviewing.

• Emory Search Group (ESG) – Is an internal fullcycle internal recruiting firm that works withUniversity Leaders in executive searches and hardto fill positions. Departments are charged a feefor this service

• The Dual Career Network (DCN) – Supportsspouses and partners of highly recruited staff andfaculty transitioning to Atlanta.
