Huge workshops under control
01 Our mission : design and facilitate collaborative workshops to work on your strategic concerns and involve your employees in the process.
Stormz designs huge collaborative workshops
4
By bringing together robust collaborative methodologies with our unique digital technology, you can now organize huge collaborative workshops : either in immense groups, onsite or remotely and asynchronously.
ONSITE WITH A HUGE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Ideal for seminars, conventions or client-events, Stormz enables you to break free from the top-down format of traditional seminars by integrating collaborative work-phases which will favor content appropriation.
§ “Onsite” set-up
ONLINE WITH PARTICIPANTS GEOGRAPHICALLY APART
With teams scattered all around unable to be regularly brought together, you can now choose to make them collaborate on important topics during an online asynchronous workshop that will span across several days or weeks.

You can combine both onsite and online setups

The 5 advantages of a Stormz workshop
6
Stormz workshops enable a better appropriation of the content by involving the participants in the formulation of concrete actions to implement. All of which happens in a fun and off-the-wall setting, where nothing gets lost, some things are created and, most importantly, where everything mutates and transforms.
Involving and engaging the participants
Memorizing all the contributions
Encouraging interactions and
enriching exchanges
Facilitating a better
appropriation
Collaborating anytime,
anywhere
On-site setup: energize your seminars!
02 The end of inactive seminars. Our on-site setups enable the organization of huge collaborative workshops which will involve all participants.
In seminars, conventions or meetings, we witness difficulties to captivate the audience and guarantee the true appropriation of the discussed content…
Cleverly combine 3 modes of interactions
9
The most efficient seminars are those able to combine the three modes of interaction – top-down, participative and collaborative – to create an overall experience which inspires and energizes the participants.
TOP-DOWN. Top-down communication is still crucial to present a vision or install a frame of thought. They can also inspire participants.
Provided, of course, these interventions are prepared with special attention as to their length and number of slides used.
PARTICIPATIVE. These are short sessions to give participants the opportunity to react on the content previously presented to them.
This feedback circle enables the lecturers to measure a perception or shed some light on grey areas.
COLLABORATIVE. Only collaborative workshops can enable participants to interact with their peers and to truly understand the content and issues at hand.
The best way to safeguard an authentic appropriation of the presented processes.
