A Glimpse Into Christmas at St Pancras
It wouldn’t be Christmas without some Mariah on the counter! You cant spell Merry Christmas without MC!
The day we did our month
Monday 22nd December
A few of our favourite festive memoriesIbrahim “My favourite part of December was really getting into the team spirit and festivity of the holiday season. I felt the team bond a lot more and we all worked together to achieve a great month. This made me really proud to join St Pancras and I love my team”

Amy “One thing that stood out for me in December was a £200 sale that I did. It was all makeup and consisted of 11 units. But what really made it special was the lady who bought this had a daughter who was in hospital and she had neglected herself so she decided to treat herself to some new makeup, and I helped her with this and it really touched me that I was able to make this lady feel good about herself. This is one of the reasons I love my job”

Lily “December to me was a month of team effort, fun and festivity. The buzz and excitement of the month really made the time fly by and I enjoyed every part of it! The team was very energetic and focued to smash the Decemeber target. The site was so much fun and helped to go the extra mile to boost the counter business”
A few of our favourite festive memoriesTyra “One thing I enjoyed was a lady came in and was going on a night out and I did her makeup, she bought the foundation and not anything else. The next day she came back in and bought the rest which was a powder, bronzer brush and lipstick!”
Station SiteOn the 10-12th December we had our station site. Despite the freezing weather and
the long walks up and down to Boots, it was a HUGE success and a very proud moment for our team!
Our results: The site achieved £2607 over 3 days, 145% to target. Total counter results for the 3 days was an amazing £7283 and +94% on last year! We also have
a lot of new clients now returning to our counter from the exposure of our site.

We thought of many things to help us achieve our month target, from festive lucky dips to exciting
events. Here are a few of our favourites…

Our lucky dip box may not have looked very attractive but it definitely made people stop and look at it. When people were in a hurry to get their trains, this little gem was a
perfect and quick way to add in the extra units!
Our Festive Ideas
Some of our festive events included ‘SET yourself up for
Christmas’ which used our christmas coffrets to have a
personalised shopping experience for clients. Our Winter Rescue facial also
boosted our sales and appointments by creating a lot
of attention.

We also created a Christmas hamper with some of our
testers. With every £50 spend or more was entered into our
raffle to win. Our client Gillian won and she was over the moon! She told me it had
made her day as she never wins anything

We also helped create a link between our pharmacy and us
at the Clinique counter. This will
work great in a Boots store and here is
Paul, a pharmacist from our store with
our Clinical Clearing Gel!

30mins of making them! (On different
days)
We were also very strategic with our samples and made
the best use of them!

Our mens department is continuously growing stronger with our new
locations and promotions for mens. In November we
were +411% on LY and December we were £2083 +39% vs LY! (our mens
stand has temporarily moved from its new
location over the christmas period for Boots promo
but will be back in January!)
