Map Library Collections
One of the ten largest map libraries in the World:
• 2 million sheet maps
• 15,000 atlases
• 100,000 maps on microfilm
• Over 1 terabyte of digital mapping
Also gazetteers, cartographic reference books and periodicals, and planning reports…

During 2008:
• 14.8 million hits /maps webpages
• 12.9 million map image views
• 1,172 images and 1,611 printouts sent out
• 171 permission to publish requests
• Increasing geo-referenced content from 2004
• 13,000 more maps due online by summer 2009
