12% of EU citizens are entrepreneurs, while the majority are employees. Therefore, we should focus on educating them about the benefits of intrapreneurship for both businesses and individuals and how to act on it.
International Conference on Intrapreneurship is the name of Summer JADE Meeting 2012 edition. Romania is its proud host, after previous editions in Austria in 2011,
Italy in 2010, Kosovo in 2009, Portugal in 2008 and so on…

Participants:Over the four days of the meeting, participants can attend conference sessions and workshops through which to better understand the concept of intrapreneurship, can meet employers that support intrapreneurship, can exchange knowledge and experience at international level, and also they can enjoy the beautiful beach resort.

Speakers:The event will bring together international speakers that will offer different perspectives to the topic: Entrepreneurs, CEOs, HR Managers, Innovation Managers, models of intrapreneurial employees, Business Consultants, Public Institutions representatives, Education representatives etc.

• Intrapreneurship GameParticipants are split in teams, they work on briefs together with companies representatives . Their ideas will be presented as pitches in front of top management of the assigned company.
• Innovation labThe winning teams of the pitches develop their idea further
