Completed in 2010, this 5.6 km long sea-bridge connects Bandra to Worli Seaface.

Thanks to this development, travel timeand traffic congestion reduced drastically.

Eastern Freeway:

Launched in mid 2014, the Eastern Freeway is a 16 km long highway, connecting South Mumbai to Ghatkopar.

Reduces travel time between South Mumbai and the Eastern Suburbs immensely.

BEST and NMMT runs AC buses throughout the expanse of the highway.

RECREATIONPalladium:

Established in around 2007, the High Street Phoenix compound houses Palladium, the only luxury mall in Mumbai.

RECREATION IIPhoenix Marketcity (Kurla):

One of the largest malls in Mumbai, Phoenix Marketcity upped the lifestyle factor of Kurla.

Launched in 2011, it houses more than 350 plus brands across categories like apparel, footwear, jewelry, accessories, F&B, entertainment, and much more.

Has the only snow themed park in Mumbai.

Water Kingdom:

One of the first water parks in India, Water Kingdom was launched in 1998.

Initiated as a counterpart to Esselworld, it houses more than 20 rides for different ages.
