CUP SEALS Cups Seals are derive their name from

their shape and are self-sealing on both the inside diameter and outside diameter. They are most often used for sealing rams or rods and are very popular due to the small gland space required.

Heavy duty Cup Seals are S B RUBBER & ENGG. IND. specifically designed as piston seals, these Cups are engineered to seal on their outside diameter. They offer extended service life and maximum reliability in piston sealing.

This feature results in reduced leakage, less friction, increased stability and prevents air and contaminants from entering the cylinder.

Our Wipers Seals are installed in the sealing configurations of hydraulic cylinders to prevent contaminants such as dirt, dust and moisture from entering the cylinder as they retract back into the system. The Wiper Seal is the most undervalued seal type in the hydraulic cylinder in relation to its important function.

DIAPHRAGM SEALS A Diaphragm Seal is a flexible membrane

that seals and isolates an enclosure. The flexible nature of this seal allows pressure effects to cross the barrier but not the material being contained.

the diaphragm to be removed and/or replaced.

Welded– the diaphragm is welded directly to the top housing.

Bonded –diaphragm bonded directly to the top housing.

Clamped –diaphragm materials are clamped between the top and bottom housing.

RUBBER BUSHES & O RINGS

Rubber Bushes & O Rings are manufactured by compression molding in our Automatic Hydraulic Compression Molding Presses. Along with our in-house tool room, and highly experienced manufacturing team, our range of molding machines enables us to deliver:
