Test Basics
The questions (items) are all multiple-choice or multiple-select.
There are no essay questions or simulations.
– The multiple-select items will tell you how many items to select
Topics are “weighted” – this means that some topics have
more questions and therefore count more toward the final
score
The exam is comprehensive – some of the topics covered may
not be used in your org, but they are all listed in the study
guide
– Topics that have the heaviest “weight” are the most commonly used
features/capabilities
Test-Taking Tips
Read each question thoroughly.
– They are not designed to be tricky.
Pay special attention to words like NOT in the question to make sure you understand what is being asked.
You can mark items for review and go back to answer them later. Skip questions that you’re struggling with or go back to review your work if you finish with time to spare.
