According to the 1996 protocol to the London Convention, dumping thesludge to the ocean is no more allowed. Enbiocons offers a new solutioncalled "SAFE" (System for sludge as Advanced Fuel & Energy) forthermal dry of wet Sludge. By removing moisture from sewage sludge,we achieve dry granule less than 10% of moisture contents(over 90%Dry Solid) and the size of granule is max. 20 mm dia. This process hasconstructed and designed for dry capacity of 2,500 ton/day of sewagesludge from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon and Pusan, the population ofthese regional local governments is about 27,000,000. The end products,dry sludge, use for the auxiliary fuel of thermal power plants.

▶ Advantage of Cutting Blades

•Cut the sludge into as small as possible to increase

the specific surface area and improve the water

evaporation.

•Using the cutting blades & high temperature flue gas

: dry the water of sludge surface using high

temperature flue gas to remove viscosity of sludge

for a short time and then crush the sludge lump

01Wet Sludge Storage Tanks and Gate

•This process consists of Sludge storage tanks, wet sludge supply pump and

hydraulic driving gate to prevent the diffusion of malodor.

•The pump is hydraulic piston type. It guarantees no blocking the piping.

•The odor around gate is collected and send to the hot air generator and burnt

away.

•The pump can be control the volume of supplying Sludge by control of piston work
