For all the stakeholders in installed and mobile sector to have a closed circuit monitoring system

• refrigerant wholesalers, retailers,.. Anybody is in „putting on the HU-market”-position,

• refrigerant manufacturer, no one in Hungary,

• Equipment manufacturers, importers,

• certified companies – with mandatory reporting, new installed equipment also (hidden refrigerant import!)

• operators – with mandatory reporting through circuit registration and minutes to be fullfilled,

• reclaiming facilities, disposal sites,.., where the refrigerant will be renewed or disappears!!

• Technically, accidentally leaked, or vented!!

What we should need:

• Proper strategy and tactics,

• A well-organised system,

• Record keeping by operators and certified companies –up to date database of 3 or more refrigerant charge,

• Refrigerant inventory by the registered and certified companies,

• Yearly report to cover whole,

• And a well-organised Body and

• IT system
