Job Description – MUST have Grand Format Print experience
This position actively works with Solutions Managers (Sales Team) to coordinate the production of jobs and deadlines. The position requires solid organizational, communication and computer skills. Duties include but are not limited to:
Understand and communicate Point Imaging’s products and services Act as the client liaison between Solutions Manager and Production Create quotes and work orders from information gleaned from Solutions
Manager or other assigned Sales / Management Team Member Maintain contact with client regarding production and time sensitive issues Consult with production staff regarding incoming and current jobs / projects Prepare data input for invoicing Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and performing clerical
functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and scheduling product related meetings
Coordinates / communicates and confirms client materials necessary for production Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors and other
interested parties. Ensure customer supplied components are available on time to meet assembly / production
scheduling Generate purchase orders for customer supplied components as required Attend and participate in scheduling meetings and communicate with co-workers the status of
jobs / projects Maintain and increase sales revenue for assigned accounts by providing and ensuring exceptional
service Meets with clients, production and outsource vendors as needed Attends production meetings as assigned by supervisor Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental
housekeeping standards THIS IS NOT AN ORDER TAKER POSITION. YOU MUST POSSESS A “BUSINESS
PERSON’S” MINDSET HERE AT POINT IMAGING AND ESPECIALLY IN THE EYES OF OUR CLIENTS.
General Qualifications for Consultant Support Representative
Minimum of 5 years successful printing related project management / sales experience within the print industry, preferably in the Digital Grand Format sector.

MUST be highly experienced with directly managing major retailers “Store Rollout” programs nationally
Must be experienced and highly proficient with managing multiple vendors and sub-installers Simultaneously
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design or Quark a plus but not required College degree preferred Printing / digital imaging / graphics experience preferred Must possess strong problem solving skills, ability to work with deadlines, and prosper in a
collaborative, team oriented environment Six Sigma or similar certification preferred Strong ability to contribute in ways that improve efficiency. Solid ability and willingness to be a true business partner with our clients and differentiate our
services from the competition on a daily basis. Must have a “What ever it takes” work ethic and work the extra hours when required A positive ATTITUDE & TEAM PLAYER mind set is critical.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as estimates, accounting ledgers and journals, as well as procedural manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively with agents, customers, and other employees of the
organization Requires excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in varying units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent as it pertains to gross profit, percentage mark-up, etc.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding regarding the execution of instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form.
Ability to successfully resolve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to use abstract reasoning subject to supervisory approval in situations departing from Standard Operating Procedure

Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment including computer, keyboard, calculator, telephone, fax and photocopier
