•Deadlines/Milestones • identify project deadlines and milestones – set up a project

plan with these identified (dates, deliverables, data collection)

• plan pre-deadline updates and check-in on tasks

•Reports• identify report responsibilities in advance; who is

responsible, status updates, etc.

•Statistical Data/Analysis• clearly identify data to be collected• clearly identify methods of analysis
