The materials were received by a representative of the JKKK and witnessed by the President of LCP. The items delivered were as follows: 1. Gloss - 6 tins @ 5 litre each. 3 tins (yellow) 3 tins (Sky blue) 2. Undercoat - gloss, 2 tins @ 18 litres each 3. Emulsion Paint white - 2 tins @ 18 litres each 4. Brush - 4" @ 4 units 5. Brush - 3" @ 2 units 6. Rollers incl. handles - 2 units 7. Plywood 4mm - 1 pc. ( A 12mm plywood was delivered instead. It will be changed) 8. Cement - 2 bags 9. Sand - 1 cubic yard. 10. BRC - 65G - 1 piece. SAMCOR also contributed RM2,800.00 in cash, via the LCP, for the electrification of the Balai Raya and the painting of the roof. The actual amount sought for was Rm2,771.00.
