established in 2009 by PARC, and it is run by Al Reef Company, which is the commercial arm of PARC.

Production capacity: 1 ton per hourJob creation: 30 employees (men and women)

- 1000 ton medjoul dates

- 1900 ton different varieties like Baladi, Hiyani, Barhi, Zheidi

Note: annual increase from medjoul dates is around 25%

Markets

Export medjoul dates to different international markets like Italy, Belgium, France, Britain, new Zealand, USA, UAE, plus the local market.

Use of the Loan: construction and rehabilitation process in the dates factory in Jericho

• 1. Build 120 meter of offices in front of the factory

2. Rehabilitate the walls around the warehouses (fridges) by adding a cement cover.

3. Fix the gate of the warehouses (fridges)

4. Provide a generator for the factory.

5. Rehabilitate a road from the main street to the factory and plant palm trees on the sides.
