� Location: Cusco, Arequipa and Moquegua.
� Description: This project comprises the concession to design, finance,build, operate, maintain and transfer a transport natural gas system withthe following components:
� Reinforcement works of pipelines from the Separation Plant ofMalvinas to the Compression Station at Chiquintirca.
� Construction of natural gas pipelines and/or liquid gas pipelinesfrom the existing natural gas transport system (between Malvinasand Chiquintirca) to Anta (Cusco Region) able to supply natural gasto the future thermal plant of Quillabamba and south coast of thecountry.
� Construction of the Southern Gas Pipeline from Anta to south coastof the country.
� Type of concession: Self-sustained
• Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 2,431 Million.
• Competition Factor: The lowest cost per transport services.
� Current status: Enquires to the Bidding Documents.
� Estimated award date: I QT 2014.

b) Gas Pipeline and Liquids Pipeline from the Separation Plant of Malvinas to CP.
