Based on a fiscal business plan 75% Purchase/Repair, 25% Lease/Repair Tenants are sourced via Preston Road Women’s

Centre Works towards long-term sustainability (recycles

EHCGP funding) Supported by local surveyors, solicitors, estate agents,

via service level agreements and codes of practice.

To date 12 properties acquired (2 sold, 5 leased and 5 ongoing),

Provided training for more than 200 local students, Employed 4 Apprentices, Used local SMEs, Project welcomed and integrated into local
