Our adventure has began since we had integrated our experience in the field of construction chemicals into project implementations. We have created a strong image in the sector and this had caused us to turn our face to larger projects. In a short time we have left our signature on important projects with correct applications and definite solutions. We have been the choice of Turkey's most highly respected companies,this caused us to desire and seek for further innovation and development to provide the best service. During our research,after polyruthena and epoxy we have met with “polyurea”. Polyurea fascinated us with its definite solutions, functionality and endurance. We decided to work for the requirements of both domestic and overseas market. We have presented our project to one of Turkey's largest conglomerate, ESAS Holding,and now an important part of management team is our companions. Within this large investment,we undertake major projects in both Turkey and abroad and get stronger together with our solution partners in the perspective of R&D and innovation.
What is Polyurea&Polyurethane?
Polyurea is a fast curing two-component coating and insulating system,can be applied by spraying method. Polyurea has 6000 psi (40MPa) tensile strength and is 500% elastic and closest to carbon hardness.The main issue everyone must understand is that, Polyurea by name is not a specific coating system or a specification, it is a description of a polymer technology. A great technology that boasts so many different formulations and physical property ranges. They also have tremendous advantages over conventional materials for joint fill and caulk applications due to their fast set nature, high elongation and durability/abrasion characteristics
Polyurethane is a resilient, flexible and durable manufactured material that can take the place of paint, cotton, rubber, metal or wood in thousands of applications across virtually all fields. It can be hard like fiberglass, squishy like upholstery foam, protective like varnish, bouncy like rubber or sticky like glue. Since its invention during the 1940s by Prof Otto Bayer, polyurethane has been used in a wide range of items, from baby toys to airplane wings, and it continues to be adapted for contemporary technology.
