Systems of municipal water treatment are complex because of the responsibility to ensure that the population

distribution of water having the qualifications required by law.

We need the water treatment is adequate to the characteristics of the water collected and the needs and

expectations of the population. About its end use, there are systems of varying complexity.

The systems are based in a pretreatment unit (when required), a unit of sediment removal, correction units and

organoleptic characteristics of PH and finally disinfection. .

The Stations Water Treatment can work with advanced technological capabilities that increase efficiency and

reduce infrastructure maintenance and reagent consumption.

In countries that are concerned with economic policy and environmental water, we use different types of

treatment to make them suit the requirements of each.

In another sense, it is possible to perform research and development activities, away from established protocols

with the scientific and academic community.

PRETREATMENT (it is used for desalination)

PRE-OXIDATION

FLOCCULATION (it is not used for sea water)

Initial treatment is a pressurized filtration. The water collected by

filters down "beds", allowing a large reduction in turbidity. In several

conditions, one arrives at 95% reduction in turbidity.

We use this treatment if the water has organic matter and

microorganisms.

After the preoxidation is added to the water aluminum sulfate and

a flocculant. The addition of these reactive aggregates suspended

solids, allowing the separation in the later phases of treatment.It is necessary that the mixture of these products with water is

achieved without mechanical mixers, optimizing process efficiency

and reducing energy costs.

WATERMAKER (when required)

This process is complex. The saline solution is pressurized and a flow

of water through membranes, allows the passage of water and

prevents the passage of dissolved substances.

The flow of desalted water discharge is 20% to 50% in inlet flow.

ACTIVE CARBON

It removes pesticides and improves the organoleptic characteristics

of the water. It is used in exceptional situations.

FILTRATION

This process combines two processing steps:-The removal of particles that will be driven to the surface by air bubbles

introduced into the unit.-The clarified water goes directly into the filter, consists of beds

of sediment, where the solid particles smaller that were not

separated in the previous step are captured. This technology allows

effective removal of low-density substances including algae.

SLUDGE TREATMENT

This process can be done with chlorine, hypochlorite or carbon

dioxide to ensure the bacteriological quality of water produced, or

leaving the treatment plant, or during distribution.

The treated water should be stored in a treated water reservoir.With water treatment, infrastructure must be equipped with a system

capable of treating the impurities resulting from water treatment and

control of quality.

Water cleaning filters and sludge collected at the surface of the

flocculator are conducted to the Sludge Treatment Unit, where they will be dehydrated.The water recovered during this process is sent to the raw waterreservoir, that is, to begin the process of water treatment.

QUALITY CONTROL

LABORATORYIn the laboratory tests are done to control the water quality

throughout the process.

WATER TREATMENT IN REMOTE AREAS

During this process, there must be several points for the sample

and the automatic analysis of various parameters of water quality.

These allow constant monitoring of the effectiveness of the method

and quality control of produced water.

In a project root, separate water consumption of other waters. For

This process delivers water economically, cleanly and reliably even in remote places.

The stand-alone power system (SAPS or SPS), also known as remote area power supply (RAPS), is an off-the-grid electricity system for locations that are not fitted with an electricity distribution system.

It can be provide for all kinds of irrigation, such as agriculture, livestock, drop by drop, distribuition in entire villages (combinated with treatment systems).

We use high quality equipment and the sizing of the components (such as solar panels, water pumps, pipes diameters, batteries) is specially fitted for each project.

DESCRIPTION

Prepaid energy meters are measuring electronic link within. They are used to measure active energy

consumption. These products use a microcontroller that allows data acquisition, processing, storage, display

and control.

The energy meters have three functions:

Electricity metering, control and micro-processing and the power circuit.

The energy metering using mass integration of integrated circuits, specialized to process the output signals of

energy. The microprocessor is, in turn, metering of electricity and at the same time, uses recordings to calculate

energy. It also transmits the card given to the electron energy (IC Card) that have to have access to all

information.

PARTICULARITIES: PREPAID ENERGY COUNTERS

This product enables the information management system energy sales encrypting the amount of electricity

purchased by the customer, saving it to the electronic card. The client has its own electronic card and uses the

energy he bought after paying for.

The management is made with a card that has a meter. Energy meters are equipped with a power management

system so the main function is to record the amount of energy used by the user on the energy map. Each counter

is associated with only one card that can be used on a counter.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The counter should not be subjected to violent impact, and must be packaged according to GB / T 15464 一 1995,

"the general technique of packing counters and appliances."

The stock must be placed on shelves in the package, should not place over more than five layers.

It should be kept in place with ambient temperature from -40 º to +70 º.

WARRANTY

The warranty is 18 months from the day of sale, under the condition that comply with the specifications, using the

right mode of operation and keeping the seal intact.

Operation: When a reference voltage of 115% is applied, the circuit current decreases and produces only one

output signal energy.

Control use of energy: When the amount of power remaining is 0kWh the counter will turn off automatically until

that a new amount of electricity is introduced.

Electronic card and data protection: The electronic card (purchasing card) can be used multiple times and must

be kept properly.

After purchasing electricity for the first time, all customer information are written on the counter.

The data remains in an integrated circuit and without need to use battery. In case of lack of energy, the data will

not be lost.
