Mark Hole Size using the Middle

wall sleeve.

Insert Outer Wall Sleeve in tohole from outside the risk

Cut Hole in wall to localbuilding regulations

Mark drill hole through the Outer WallSleeve

Remove the Outer Wall Sleeve and finishdrilling the fixing holes using a 6mm Masonry

Drill

Push Raw Plugs into holes

Refit Outer Wall Sleeve and using thescrews and white screw caps in the fixing

kit secure the vent to the wall

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS

Tighten screws and close screw caps

The outer wall sleeve is nowcorrectly fitted and you can move

inside the risk.

2 - Installation from inside the protected risk

The same process is repeated with the internal pressure vent.

From inside the room slide the pressure vent into

the opening in the wall with the label at the top.

Mark the screw holes

Drill the wall. Remove the vent andcomplete the drilling process

Fit the raw plugs into the wall

Refit the vent into the wall with the label ontop of the vent as shown.

Using the screws and white screw capsfix the vent to the wall.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS.

Close the white screw caps and the vent isfitted.

Test that the vent blade opens and closedfreely. Simply push the blade open with

your hand and let it fall closed.

Finally stick the safety labels to bothsides of the vent and the vent is fitted

correctly.
