– PRINCIPLES• Principle of Sustainability. INVATE is the promoter of

PI3NET and assumes the initial actions to promote this initiative which must ensure its economical sustainability.

– It will be agreed a contribution for all the implemented projects in order to balance the fixed costs of the support actions.

• Principle of Internal Subcontracting– Whenever there is an internal capability in a company or

professional joined to the Network , it will be used for the implementation of the projects of the Network, always respecting the market price and the next principle.

• Principle of Sovereignty– The company or consortium which detects an opportunity

has TOTAL autonomy to make its decisions.
