QUICK GUIDE for OTABOOKINGS.com
1. You will be assigned a unique account on OTABOOKINGS.com to access our portal.
2. Once you receive your username & password, login to OTABOOKINGS.com.
3. After login, you will be forwarded to the OTABOOKINGS.com home page.
4. Click the ‘MENU’ button located at the upper-‐right hand corner of the home page. Here, you will be able to choose the currency the property prices are listed in.
5. Also, in this MENU, you will be able to DYNAMICALLY CHOOSE and adjust the agency commission percentage you want to charge on top of the rack prices displayed on OTABOOKINGS.com. All property prices will automatically be adjusted upwards based on the commission you pick, to reflect the total prices visually to your clients. The agency will owe the rack prices to OTABOOKINGS.com per reservation.
6. On the homepage, to find a property/vacation rental for your client, enter the necessary search criteria like your destination, dates and number of people travelling.
7. After your enter your search criteria, you will see a list of available properties.
8. You can also apply further “Filters” located on the left-‐hand side of the matched property lists to narrow down your search results.
9. Each property on OTABOOKINGS.com comes with pictures, property description, list of amenities, calendar availability and pricing/cancellation policy.
10. During the selection process, if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach our Customer Support team at: +44 208 8168475 or [email protected]. Our company provides customer support in English, German, French, Arabic, Russian and Turkish.
11. When you find the best match per your client’s requests, simply click the
“Book it” button on the property description and follow the steps. You will be able to pay via Credit Card or PayPal.
12. After making the booking, you will be provided a voucher confirming the reservation and providing the details of the property manager/owner and the address of the property.
13. The payment received by OTABOOKINGS.com will be held securely until 24-‐hours past the client’s check-‐in date. During this period, if your client has any issues regarding the reservation, please reach us through our hotline.
14. If your client requires local ‘transport’ services, please contact us stating
your needs.
