Finally our customers are all Internet users with many information to manage and services in use!

As we go on, our best guess goes through 5 ways of attracting customers:1.Create cool product demo (prototype with a Survey structure) and share it!2.Publish some infographics about our features in social networks and specialized blogs 3.Test prototype at web with a landing page.4. ADWORDS and SEO: as we are creating a kind of new market we are to popularize it.5. Direct – mailing to readers of blogs and sites dedicated to information visualization

introduce due to its revolutionary novelty. We

plan to minimize this risk with tight

communication with our customers and clear

understanding of their needs.

Competitive Risks: we plan to cope with this risk by develop our service fast and promote it actively.

Technology and operational (team) risks

Financial Risks: the one of our main goal on the first stage will be to find reliable investors with the same passion. We also hope that our service will gain audience attraction fast and starts to generate revenue quickly.

We identify 4 main risks for our project:

FundingOur project is concentrated on new, growing market!

Before it becomes profitable we need to get fund to cover our costs on software development and initial promotion. For the first year to start we need $300 000We plan to look for angel investments to gather this sum.

Also we expect to take over business angels knowledge and expertise to develop our project – in other words we plan to engage “smart money”.

Our team will take active participation in different kind of events, where we will meet venture investors and business angels.

We also plan to make campaign and look for funds on such web-platforms like TheStartupAngels, VentureGiant, LinkedIn etc.
