• Applicant in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises= Norwegian producer or co-producer
• Culture test in Norway or in other EU-state
• Judged by many criteria
• No 1: How good is this film for the Norwegian co-producer and for Norwegian film in general?
IF YOU PASS
• Max 50 % (75 %) of Norwegian part of budget
Real world figures:
• Max of 2.0 mill NOK (€250.000)
• Min of 0.8 mill NOK (€100.000)
• Average of 1.2 mill NOK (€150.000)
INCOME BONUS
• Production supports from state qualifies
• Tricky, but still possible, without production support
• Min 10.000 tickets sold in Norway
• Bonus on all income in Norway
• Max 50 % (75 %) of Norwegian budget - including production support
