pany in 2004, VMC CONSTRUCTIONS is
a premier privately owned firm master-
ing in international development, con-
sultancy, design and construction.
With headquarters in Shanghai and
branches in Hong Kong, VMC CON-
STRUCTIONS successfully executes pro-
jects for a range of industries in various
cities throughout Grater China and other
locations world wide.

发、咨询、设计和建筑施工一体化的民

Looking back into China’s recent
development, we cannot feel prouder
of having witnessed and contributed to
this amazing country’s success. Start-
ing from scratch and humble in expec-
tations, VMC Constructions grew from
a small interior fitting out company into
a consolidated firm that 10 years later
provides professional design, construc-
tion and consulting services, in diverse
areas, both in Chinese market and over-
seas.
VMC Constructions holds nowa-
days local Design and Construction na-
tional level qualifications, and although
registered as a fully owned Chinese com-
pany, we provide international level con-
struction teams, management and over-
sight.
These combined value proposi-
tions have led us to collect several na-
tional awards and recognitions. With in-
ternational presence, several hundreds
of thousands of sqm in Grade A office
space for some Fortune 500 companies,
and 1st Registered LEED Platinum Hos-
pitality Project in China, we are now fac-
ing a new, much “greener” and bigger
scale side of business.
Pushing for sustainability goes be-
yond a statement on our firm’s core val-
ue propositions. It compels us to grant
a better future for our children. In VMC
Constructions we are ready, more than
ever, to undertake such an exciting chal-
lenge, in which collaborations with dif-

sign and fitting out with contemporary
design detailing and a superb level of
fittings, finishes and furniture. New me-

tion to lighting.
The Business Lounge is a new product
within the Regus portfolio offering cus-
tomers use of a private workspace with-
in Business Centres, high street loca-
tions, airports and other transportation

Shanghai Disney Resort Adm. Building迪士尼行政楼
华特迪士尼乐园计划在2015年12
月完成其上海乐园一期项目。届时,它将
变幻为一个魔力王国,即:上海迪士尼乐
园,一个主游乐区,2个主题酒店,娱乐
设施一应俱全,一面湖泊及相关停车区域
和交通枢纽。
让我们引以为荣的是,威盟斯即将
为
上海迪士尼度假区行政楼实施内装修工
程。行政楼是一栋三层建筑,总面积约
10000平方米,供迪士尼乐园园区管理和
运营团队使用。
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts plans
to complete Phase I of the new Shang-
hai Disney Resort in December 2015,
which will feature a Magic Kingdom style
park, Shanghai Disneyland Park, an en-
tertainment district, two (2) themed ho-
tels, recreational facilities, a lake and
associated parking and transportation
hubs.
VMC Constructions is proudly carry-
ing out soon the fitting-out work for the
new Shanghai Disney Resort Adminis-
trative Building. The modern building will
be three stories tall, for a total 10,000
sqm facilities, which will be serving the
amusement park management and op-
eration team needs.

所有场馆工程。
从投资、开发,到设计、施工、运营

都在预算费用内准时完成。
VMC CONSTRUCTIONS successfully
carried out several prestigious pavilions
at Shanghai 2010 World Expo. Acting as
a General Contractor, Design or fitting out
company, the company was able to coordi-
nate the erection of various EXPO Pavilion
projects simultaneously, thanks to its long
term partnership with some of the biggest
construction companies and construction
materials suppliers in China. From
investment and development to
design, construction, operations and
maintenance, VMC constructions is com-
mitted to provide the best quality work in
all these areas. All Expo pavilions where
VMC CONSTRUCTIOS was involved were
delivered on schedule and within budget.

Venezuela Pavillion委内瑞拉馆
世博会委内瑞拉馆进园区较晚,因此
工期很紧,然而,威盟斯建筑工程公司在
创纪录的90天时间内完全结束了3000平
方米建筑的土建施工。展馆内使用的照明
几乎全部为LED节能灯。
委内瑞拉展馆有着“莫比乌斯带”状
的几何外形,近似一个反转的柱体,结构
呈8字形。

The Venezuela Pavilion was the last
to start the construction. Yet with VMC
CONSTRUCTIONS as General Contrac-
tor, the civil construction of the 3000
sqm building was completely finished in
a record time of less than 90 days. Al-
most all of the lighting used in the pavil-
ion are energy saving LED lights .
The Venezuela Pavilion is in the geo-
metric shape of a “Mobius strip,” or an
inverted cylinder. It is structured in the
form of an “8“.

展馆象一个沙丘。一侧粗糙有织纹,
承受全部风力;另一侧光滑。北立面较多
孔,允许自然光进入;南立面有坚固的正
面,以尽量减少日光吸收。不锈钢外壳经
处理后显出金色,包住宝石状的壳体。复
合结构为不锈钢平面板制成的三角格子,
由可调节的节点连接;这一设计是为了使
得展馆可以在现场拆卸,并且能快速、经
济地进行施工。顶点升至20米高度,可
由展馆基底的光滑唇缘进入。
展馆设计灵感取自沙丘造型。沙丘是
典型的沙漠景观,是阿联酋各个国家共有
的典型地貌特征。

Like a sand dune, that appears rough
and textured on the side that bears
the full force of the wind and smooth
on the other side. The northern eleva-
tion is more porous to admit natural
light, while the southern elevation has a
solid façade, to minimize solar gain.
A stainless steel skin, treated to
appear golden, encloses the jewel like
shell. The complex structure is a trian-
gulated lattice of flat stainless steel
panels, joined by adjustable nodes,
which are designed to enable the pa-
vilion to be demounted on site and
constructed quickly and economical-
ly. The peak rises to 20 meters in height
and it is entered via a glazed lip at the
pavilion’s base.
Drawing inspiration from the form of a
sand dune, the pavilion is a reference to
this symbolic feature of the desert land-
scape shared by each of the seven Emir-
ates.

摩洛哥展馆的设计灵感来自传统的摩
洛哥房屋“利雅得”。利雅得的房间布置

中心定位,外墙不设置大窗户。

Morocco Pavillion摩洛哥馆

The Design of the Moroccan pa-
vilion is inspired from the traditional
Moroccan houses called the “Riad”.
The rooms of the riad are arranged
around the central open air courtyard.
The riads are inward focused which al-
lowed for family privacy and protection
from the weather. This inward focus is
expressed in the central location of most
of the interior gardens and courtyards
and the lack of large windows on the ex-
terior walls.
Entrance to these houses is a major
transitional experience and encourag- es
reflection because all of the rooms open
into the central atrium space. In the cen-
tral garden of traditional riad is a foun-
tain. The walls of the riads are adorned
with zellige tiles.
As shown in the photos, VMC CON-
STRUCTIONS had to work side by side
and adapt to the traditional and compli-
cated Moroccan interiors.

西班牙馆的设计是一个手工编织的“藤条
篮子”结构,内有钢筋框架做支撑。
“篮子”(该展馆被一些人这样称呼)上覆
盖8000多块藤条板子,板子有棕色,米黄色
和黑色。
威盟斯建筑工程公司在投标过程中提供咨
询服务;最后,项目被授予我们的合作伙伴
Inypsa。在施工期间,威盟斯仍然参与其
中,与不同分包商进行工作协调和管理。
Spain Pavillion西班牙馆

The Spain Pavilion is designed to be
a hand weaved wicker basket struc-
ture supported by the steel framework
inside.
“The Basket,” as some have dubbed
the pavilion, is “dressed” in more than
8,000 wicker panels in brown, beige,
and black.
VMC CONSTRUCTIONS was offering
consulting services for construction and
foundation purposes during the bidding
process which ended up in the project
being awarded to our partner Inypsa. We
were also involved during the construc-
tion period liaising with the different sub
contractors.

We are living in a world where socie-
ty can highly digest its own level of so-
phistication. Within this context, organ-
izations permanently look for the latest
set of tools, aiming to surprise their in-

VMC Constructions has been always
conscious of its importance, as well as
willful to undertake such an exciting and
complex challenge. Following this line
of thinking, many different solution im-
plementations along these years final-
ly made us accept the project Ultravio-
let by PP.
Its extreme combination of unique
high technological features prepared us
for an exclusive market, were proficien-
cy on design, creativeness, procurement
and execution has only room for a few
highly adaptable firms. We cannot be
readier.

并领会其复杂性的社会。在此背景下,始

景。雅德餐厅只有其本身,饰以灯光、音
响、气味、图像、想象、场景和食物。
挑战:整个项目难点在于将互相冲突
的部分以科技手段互相融合。,寓科技于
无形,寓复杂于简易,家具和整个系统的
创新搭配史无前例。
Ultraviolet 雅德餐厅
Ultraviolet is the first restaurant of its
kind attempting to unite food with multi-
sensorial technologies in order to create
a fully immersive dining experience
- A single table of ten seats only
- No décor, no artifacts, no paintings,
no views. Ultraviolet’s dining room is
ascetic by nature, dressed up by lights,
sounds, smells, images, imagination,
scenarios… and food.
The entire difficulty of the project was
to reconcile conflicting technologies, to
keep them invisible and to simply drive
complexity, once every piece of furniture
and system being prototype

With the economy rapid development
and foreign-related tourism, there is an
overall trend of providing personalized
and humanistic service in hotel service
industries. In order to meet people's
growing demand and spiritual needs,
and to create a better and more com-
fortable environment of entertainment,
accommodation, and recreation,
construction companies have to set a
higher demand for top-ranked hotels
and villas, which makes a paramount
contribution to the improvement of the
regional investment environment and ur-
ban economic construction.
随着经济的快速发展和涉外旅游业的蓬
勃兴起,提供个性化、人性化的服务是度假

Naked Stables裸心谷
Naked Stables Eco-Resort is a 5 star exclusive
development in a protected nature reserve, which has
already become an icon in top-quality tourism in China.
Luxury accommodation within the complex is ensured
by a layout of spacious tree top villas and single bed-
room earth huts.
The project has been recently registered as the 2nd
LEED Platinum Hotel in Asia.
The residential area spreads across a broad, se-
cluded valley in the foothills of Moganshan, and repre-
sents a milestone towards top quality hospitality stand-
ards. Naked Stables has quickly become one of the most
requested eco-touristic destinations in the country.
It comprises of:

裸心谷是国内绝无仅有的一家5星级生态度假酒店,
坐落于莫干山自然保护区内,已成为中国高端旅游的 标
志。宽敞的别墅和有单人床的地面茅屋环绕着这座豪华
处所,掩映在莫干山令人赞叹的青翠竹林中。该项目近
期已成为亚洲第二、中国第一的LEED白金认证酒店,成
为威盟斯努力践行绿色建筑的代表作,预示着我们未来
业务的主要方向。
裸心谷横跨宽阔的、几乎与外界隔绝的莫干山山谷
地区,一经建成,即成为高端旅游的里程碑和中国最受

Casablanca Hotel represented a unique
opportunity to blend VMC CONSTRUC-
TIONS design & building capabilities in a
single project, in a challenging and am-
bitious proposal.
East & West flavors met today’s mod-
ern design, yet to maintain a touch of
classical and authentic Arabic & Europe-
an taste. The firm engaged several de-
signers from different schools and cul-
tural backgrounds (Spain, Malaysia,
China, Australia and Middle East) to de-
liver this design proposal for this tender.
卡萨布兰卡酒店,让威盟斯的设计施
工能力在一个单独项目中完美展现,是一
次充满挑战的,大胆而成功的尝试。
东西方流派在现代设计中彼此相遇,
阿拉伯和欧洲的古典品味也得到传承。业
主召集了很多不同流派和文化背景的设计
师(来自西班牙、马来西亚、中国、澳大
利亚和中东)来竞相比案设计。

larges the original site space by config-
uring an open-sea layout incorporating
an Ocean Park and luxury villas.

北海开发区旨在把高品质的居住空间
和环保有效结合,打造务实的混合型园
区。既毗邻海景,又提供完善的生活配套
设施,充分满足住户的需求。所有这些理
念,都贯穿工程始终。
北海地产开发项目包含3条海滨大
道,确保和将来大厦的品质相称。该大
型混合住宅园区将海洋和公共区域连成一
体,为公众提供了充足的私人空间以及便

The aim of Beihai development com-
bines both advanced quality living spac-
es with a sustainable and highly practi-
cal hybrid park, where users see their
needs completely covered by a set of
facilities and amenities that blend with
the sea, as the pivotal point of the whole
project.
Beihai land development compris-
es three new fronts that balance the
quality of the future blocks. This big
inhabited void makes possible a visual
connection both to the sea and public
areas regardless the location in the site.
