THE PROCESS

DESIGN - Your ideas come to life in our Design Department, our in-

needs.

FABRICATION - All facbrication work is done at our shop in a controlled environment to ensure quality and craftsmanship in a timely manner.

INSTALLATION - Depending on your MOD unit, we can install and hook up utilities in about an hour on your site. For multiple units we will weld and use twist locks to keep the containers locked together. MODS are designed to be moved and set up multiple times.

THE CONTAINERS

MODS start off from an ISO steel shipping container; these durable, strong, wind and water tight containers provide the shell for your MOD unit. All cutouts are welded with structural steel to keep the structure rigid, safe and secure.

The most popular sizes are 8’x20’ and 8’x40’. Other sizes are available. Multiple units can be placed next to each other to create larger com-plex units, these can also be stacked to maximize a small footprint. The corners are interlocked to keep the structure together and also provide ease of moving and set up in another location.

• MODS provide a safe, secure and comfortable place to work. They

are easily mobile, and custom made to your needs.

• Temporary Housing - MODS areeasily set up to provide instanthousing virtually anywhere. Withthe convenience of mobility, theycan be used multiple times atdifferent locations.

EMPLOYEE CAMPMODS make an easy and efficient employee hous-ing setting. With MODS as the housing units you can move locations easily and add more housing as needed.

For this auto parts store, multiple MODS were used to create a large open area on the main floor. Customers would enter one side and then go to the salvage yard to retrieve parts, then pay for the parts before exiting. Store front doors and custom checkout counters are used for large or heavy parts. Second floor office is elevated for surveyance over the yard.

For this Aerial Propeller and Engine Company, a large showroom display and merchandise sales on the first floor is essential, with two sales offices and utility rooms. Second floor viewing deck offers space for tables, chairs and catering equipment.
