The action taken by officials, is to create a negative opinion through the news that is not based on facts that occurred, but manipulating the news that the majority of employees affected by the news that can’t be justified. The fear on the employee as opposed to opinions made by Union Worker (Officials), is in any disputes between employees and the company, then the Union Worker will not respond, defend and assist employees in resolving disputes. In business relations at profit organization, in which employee services are paid wages based on performance generated, but still adapted to the policy and the financial capacity of the organization. Pay wages and benefits to all employees, but outside of the policy and the financial capacity of the organization, then the organization will make a loss that affects all parties; employees, stakeholders, shareholders and the environment. Skills and leadership ability is given by the transformation of knowledge, skills and experience organized through tutor, discussions, case studies and frequently asked questions so that participants have the vision, the basis for action and decision-making, and align the strategic objectives of the organization with the vision and mission of Union Worker. Objective 1. Identify the steps to be taken by the Union Worker, if not in line with the policy and strategic objectives of the organization 2. Lead Worker Union in realizing the strategic objectives of the organization that will benefit all parties; employees, environment, stakeholders and shareholders. 3. Align the vision and mission of the organization, with the vision and mission of Union Worker 4. Helping all employees to elect a Union Worker oriented towards the interests of the organization and employees
