Strategy implementation in managing human resources based on theory and best practices, will be submitted by the Consultant using the matrix, so that participants can make choices and determine the strategy that will be used in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization (company), which is where the strategy was accepted by the culture of the organization and environment.
