Program Pittsburgh PA , M3-Systems is conducting a study to identify the level of Supply Chain effectiveness of the Metals Supply Chain in Mexico. Duquesne University has joined the study as Principal Investigator.

• The primary issue to be identified is the ability of metals companies to have the capability to: reduce / contain costs, reduce variability, and “optimize processes’ at a material, order, supplier, and customer service and distribution level.
