This service includes the following tools:

• Pre-audit: A smart tool that lets your own staff make a lubrication audit. This audit includes

lubrication Storage, Handling, Training, Operation, Control, Disposal and Management.

This pre-audit is the first step of an asset continuous improvement plan.

• Lubrication audits: Using the data gathered from the pre-audit, Alter Evo does a full audit

with a complete analysis of the lubrication conditions and, if needed, HACCP and energy

saving.

The lubrication audit delivers solutions and proposes a full lubrication plan.

• Lubrication training workshops: Adapted and aimed at professionals at all levels of the

company, dealers and customers with the end results of improving knowledge and skills

while obtaining the maximum possible benefits of the lubricants.

These courses are teacher onsite, online or both.

• Lubricant control: Degradation and contamination control, with solutions designed to

extend the life of the lubricant and extend the life of the asset.

We have a specific control plan for metalworking fluids.

• Lubrication plan: Using the data gathered from the audit, Alter Evo does a full lubrication

program based on the 5S concept, adapted to the customer.

In order to design this plan we use the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and the

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts to improve the reliability and

efficiency of the plant.

• Development of lubricants: Alter Evo assists in the development of lubricants for new

applications, for the extension of service intervals, for the enhancement of reliability and

energy saving, using concepts of Design of Experiments (DoE) and High Accelerated Life

Test and Stress Screen (HALT/HASS).

• Plant failure analysis: Using the method Failure Report Analysis and Corrective Action

System (FRACAS) we analyze system failures and propose corrective measures to avoid

future failure.

• Lubrication projects: We design stable and mobile lube storerooms, cleaning and cooling

systems, centralized lubrication systems, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) systems, on-

line monitoring systems … for all type of facilities.
