Structure

The insulation filler offers great adhesion between the cords and the rubber base. Specifically developed, our polyester tensile cord is a high module low stretch, reducing maintenance duties on drive. Our FHP belts can be offered with aramid heavy duty cord, which allows reaching higher or critical power transmission. The rubber base is specially formulated to reach flexibility, longevity even when performed with small pulley diameter. Our wrapping cover has been designed to provide smooth and noise concerns drive while ensuring needed grip. Also available, our Dry Wrapping cover allowing our fractional horsepower belts to release heat and reach superior life time compare with light duty fractional horsepower belts.
