An analysis is typically initiated through a business need or urgency. And frequently offers in the same time the possibility to identify new opportunities. !During concept phase, an ideal target is developed. Which provides also a chance for a strong teaming through a shared vision. !Implementation is realized through realistic stages. Action driven, with sustainability in mind.

A new regulation had to be implemented into the internal control system. For that purpose, procedures were adapted, responsibilities new defined as well as new data processed. This urgency and necessity, triggered by regulation, offered in the same time the opportunity to increase the quality within established processes significantly - and create tangible and sustainable additional value for clients and investors.

A strategy change required the bundling of new competencies within a new organisational unit. Changing the organsation chart and hiring new people alone will not make the change effective within the company and in the market. Only the new integration of procedures within the „finance factory“ shaped effectiveness, only adequate IT systems created efficiency.

New technologies accelerated internal procedures and connected data, which were until then isolated in silos. For a higher productivity, that improved customer service (through CRM), speeded up product development (document management system) as well improved internal communication (intranet).

The merger of an enterprise is not complete with contract closing: organisation, procedures, rules and IT are to be analysed and adapted coherently. An opportunity for all participants to improve the business architecture as a whole.
