DOUBLE RING TORCH BURNER :

Sabaf’s Double Ring Torch burner is designed to combine finest cooking performance with a wonderful aesthetic look. The special brass flame spreader allows the upward spread of the flame – like a flaming torch – so as to provide optimum cooking. Flame symmetry and power is controlled using a special Dual gas Valve which secures an optimum flame efficiency and an even heat distribution.The achievable turndown rate is as low as 300 watts, obtained using only the inner flame ring, while the maximum is 3,500 watts, using both flame rings at full power. This makes it possible to use the same burner for large or small diameter pans, providing the utmost user flexibility.Besides the power details, it is important to underline that the Double Ring burners achieve an efficiency level of 60%, a level hitherto unreached by a multi-ring sealed- cup burner.
