Some lessons learnt along the way…

• Instinct + conviction + luck can be a powerful thing

• Raise the right money from the right people

• Punch above your weight

• With people quality much more important than quantity

• Great technology starts with great architecture

• Don’t let your ego get in the way

• Make a BIG move in the US

• Big competitors are not as scary as you think

• Sales & Marketing not Sales v. Marketing
