• Jien Nunavik Mining Exploration Ltd. (JNMEL) is

incorporated under Canada Business Corporations Act

and headquartered in Point Claire, Quebec;

• The mission of the company is to explore and develop

the properties owned by Jien Canada Mining Ltd.

• Three major exploration properties:

• The Raglan Ni-Cu-PGE Property, Nunavik;

• The Gerido Cu-Ni property, Kuujuaq

JNMEL Belanger Camp

GLOBAL NICKEL INDUSTRY• Nickel has a broad variety of applications (see below). The primary use of

nickel is in stainless steel production. World nickel consumption was 1.37Mt in 2009, and to increase 3.2% per annum to 2.22 Mt in 2020. Theexpected growth is supported primarily by the continued expansion in thestainless steel industry, particularly in China.

Stainless demand to hold firm long-term:

Outokumpu: “The historical annual growth

rate for stainless consumption has been 5-

6%, and this is expected to continue for the

long term” and “As growth is expected to

undershoot this long-term average in 2008

and 2009, a period of above-trend growth

can be expected when the global economy

recovers from its recession”, Outokumpu

Cost to find a mine is on $M-$B Scale; $M lost is very common when no deposit is identified

Cost is controllable and predicable

JV with Goldbrook Ventures Inc.

• In 2008, Jilin Jien (JJ) and GBK signed an agreement. JJ could earn

50% interest of the property by spending 45M$ over 3 years; GBK is

the project operator before JJ earned 50% interest of the property;

• By the end of 2010, JJ has vested more than 45M$ on GBK property;

earned 50% interest and became the property operator;

• In 2011, JJ formed JNMEL to operate the property;

• On Mid-January 2012, JJ launched a friendly takeover bid to acquire all

of the outstanding common shares of GBK; GBK executes support this

offer;

• The offer was closed on March 30, 2012, but GBK is 100% owned by

JJ.

The Relation with Canadian Royalties Inc.

• JNMEL and Canadian Royalties Inc. (CRI) are two separate

enterprise entity; they both are owned by JJ.

• JNMEL is engaged in the resource exploration of properties owned

by JJ in Quebec and partially in Ontario ;

• Canadian Royalties is dedicated to the development of the Nunavik

Nickel Mine and expands the potential in the mine owned by CRI.

The majority of the Belanger property has not yet explored, the potential of

resource has yet to be tested through large scale drilling campaigns.
