Using the multiple timeline feature, team members or team lead can add more than one timeline in order to illustrate different stages of the project plan, and have more detailed overview of entire project plan.

By hovering the mouse coursor over a resurce, you will see its Contact Card.

It contains basic infomation and can be accessed in different views that contain the “Resource Name” column such as Gantt Chart, Resource and Task Usage Views. With the Contact Card feature, you can do all the things you are doing in Skype for Business and Microsoft Oultook:
