followed:• Priorities – the balance of short and long term

goals.• Data – in order to know you are working on your

priorities, you need feedback in terms of real information or data. There are some Smart Numbers which give you an idea long term of the business and there are the Critical Numbers which are more short term. So balance the short & long term through numbers!

• Rhythm – You need to keep everyone aligned with the goals, so this means regular meetings and keeping people accountable. This will provide rhythm to get to the goal.
