Our Products (1)

We can help you establish your own ice sculptures business in your country. The Ice Sculptures business is a very profitable venture as you will be selling “Frozen Water”. The only raw material you need to produce stunning crystal clear ice sculptures up to one meter high is plain water. We have everything you need to get started.

We will train you free of charge in our plant in Athens and we will transfer in confidence the necessary technical information and expertise on the proprietary production process. Upon installation of the equipment in your country, you will be ready to produce high quality crystal clear ice sculptures.

This is our largest machine for the production of crystal clear ice sculptures. You will be able to produce very impressive large crystal clear ice sculptures up to one meter high. Very simple and easy to use. No special skills required. The “Hercules” is manufactured in Greece and is fully equipped with ½ HP condenser CE approved, digital automatic thermostat and digital thermometer.

“Hercules” Production Machine

“Executive Chef” Production Machine

A small machine similar to the “Hercules” model for the production of small and medium size crystal clear ice sculptures. Very compact machine that can easily fit in a crowded kitchen. The “Executive Chef” is manufactured in Greece and is fully equipped with 3/8 HP condenser CE approved, digital thermostat and digital thermometer.

o One medium size crystal clear ice sculpture every 48 hours

Our Products (3)

For the production of high quality crystal clear ice sculptures you will need our Reusable Machine Molds. These molds are made out of natural rubber and reinforced with fiberglass frames. These molds are reusable and if properly taken care of will last for many years. We have a large variety of designs for almost all social and corporate events. Special designs could be made available at the request of the customer.

Furthermore, you will need our special reusable metallic molds for the production of ice blocks size 25cm x 50cm x 100cm. The metallic molds are ideal for the production of ice bars, corporate logo, wine coolers, candleholders etc. To be used only with the “Hercules” Production Machine.

Electric Winch Crane

Due to the heavy weight of the large crystal clear ice sculptures produced in the “Hercules” Production Machine you will need our special design Electric Winch Crane. The crane is manufactured in Greece. You do not need the Electric Crane for the “Executive Chef”.

Special Design Working Tables

During the production process you will need to use 4 Special Tables designed and manufactured by us. You don’t need these tables for the “Executive Chef” Production Machine.

Deep Freezer RoomYou will need to have access to a deep freezer room at minus 10 degrees C in order to store the crystal clear ice sculptures. You can keep the ice sculptures in the freezer room as long as you wish. We recommend no more than 12 months. The size of the freezer room depends on the number of production machines you intend to purchase. We are using a 300cm x 400cm x 250 cm freezer room for 10 “Hercules” Production Machines. We do not supply freezer molds as it is more economical for you to purchase locally. We recommend you shop for a used deep freezer if possible.

Illuminated DisplaysWe have developed two illuminated displays for the presentation of the crystal clear ice sculptures. These displays are illuminated underneath with LED lights battery operated and colored with 3 different acetate filters (yellow, red, blue). Furthermore, the displays are specially designed to collect the melting water. The placement of the crystal clear ice sculptures on the illuminated displays creates a magnificent and stunning presentation.

What you need

Premises/BuildingsThe size of the building depends entirely on the number of production machines you intend to purchase. In our Headquarters (Athens), we occupy 180sqm for 8 production machines.

ElectricityThe production machines are equipped with 3/8 HP condensers. The consumption is very low and similar to a large home refrigerator.

EquipmentYou will need the following equipment:• “Hercules» production machines. • An Electric Winch Crane. • A Deep Freezer• A set of four special tables. • Reusable Rubber/Latex molds. • Illuminated displays for the presentation of the sculptures

What you need

Direct LaborThe production machines are almost fully automated. You will need one unskilled worker to attend the machines during the production process. We will train you for 4-6 days in our plant in Athens free of charge. We employ one skilled worker for our 10 production machines.

Delivery of SculpturesTo deliver the ice sculptures to your customers you will need a well-insulated van. If the delivery point is further than 30 minutes’ drive, we recommend you purchase a small-refrigerated truck. Try to find a used one.

ProfitabilityThe ice sculptures business is a very profitable business. The only raw material you need is plain tap water.
