1) Grab a pack of post-its2) Set a time frame to write down ideas separately. 3) Based on the time available for brainstorming, set the amount of ideas for each person to write. 4) Get into brainstorming! ..but wait!! one at a time.5) Designate the Idea Throne6) Taking turns, everyone explains their idea.7) After understanding the idea, the team takes a couple of minutes to think and build on the discussed idea.8) Write ideas on post-its and cluster them for following through after the exercise. 8) After everyone built on possibilities for one idea, then comes the chance for the next persons idea.9) Everyone is given a chance. If the group is not satisfied, the wave continues.

¿Whythe idea throne?

In social psychology, spatial distance is often used to measure social distance. For example, choosing a more distant seat from another person is taken to reflect social distancing from that person. (e.g., Macrae, Bodenhausen, Milne, & Jetten, 1994; Mooney, Cohn, & Swift, 1992).
