STEPS TO REGISTER A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
BRIEF STEPS OF REGISTRATION
Step I – Apply for the DIN (Director Identification Number) & DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) of Directors. (Note - To register a private limited Company minimum two Directors are required and every directors should obtain DIN & DSC).
Step II - Apply for the name of a company to be registered by filing Form INC-1.
Step III – After approval of Name, file the incorporation forms listed below. Form INC-7 for Application for incorporation of a company (Other than
OPC) Form INC-22: Notice of situation of registered office. Form DIR-12: Particulars of appointment of directors and the key
managerial personnel.
