• To get started you will need:– The Access Code included with your textbook

– Your Instructor’s CourseID: XL1C-R1JV-801Z-9Q62


Register for MyAccountingLab

1. Go to www.myAccountinglab.com

2. Click Student under Register




3. Enter the CourseID provided by your instruct

4. Confirm the Textbook is correct

5. If you purchased a text with an Access Code, select Access Code.

6. Click Next

**If you purchased a second-hand textbook without an access code, you may purchase access by selecting Buy Now**



7. Read and Accept our Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy



8. Select whether you have a Pearson Account.○ ‘Yes’ if you already have a Pearson Account and use your existing Login and Password○ ‘No’ create a Login and Password. We recommend using your university email

address.○ ‘Not Sure’ enter your email address and if you have an account, an email reminder

will be sent to you



9. Enter the Access Code you received with your textbook in the blanks provide and click ‘Next’

An access code will only contain

LETTERS



10.Complete your account information with your:

– First name– Last name– University email address– From the drop down lists you

must select your:○ Country of your University○ University name○ Security Hint

11.Click NEXT



12. On the Confirmation & Summary page, click the Log In Now button
