• The OpenSSL’s implementation of the

• What does that mean??

• It’s the thing keeping all of the private content

you share online away from the bad guys ->

Sounds Important right?

Gary Busey thinks so

But there’s a problem!

• A version of Heartbeat had a bug in it!!

• This bug allowed people to anonymously

break into different websites.

This means…

• They had access to financial documents

from…

• What does this mean to normal consumers?

• If you’re like me, you really didn’t think much

of it at the time… but then…

• I realized what it meant to me.

• My information was now pretty easily

accessed by hackers

• They could see my banking information and

social security

Huge Problems!

• This was a big problem for everyone!

• But don’t worry. There is hope! Who ya gonna

call??

• The crisis is adverted

• No huge damage has been revealed yet and

everything is back to normal…for now
