Orientation
o Provide them an initial introduction to the company
o Explain them about the company culture, rules, policies & procedures
o Introduce them of the Working Team
o Define/assign a task to them. Preparing an outline and scope of the work helps
o Enlighten them about the service or product they will be working on
o Make clear of what is expected from the Intern
