We play GameStorm sessions with six people of a country / department / team / …
Each quarter, teams determine:
• Main objective on the business playground (at that moment)
• Three most dominant challenges
• Necessary actions to start / stop doing
• Potential progress for the organization

Each training consists of two days
Program Day 1:
10:00 hours: Doors open 10:30 hours: Word of Welcome and explanation of the program 11:00 hours: Playground & GameStorm mechanics 12:30 hours: Lunch 14:00 hours: GameStorm practice session 18:00 hours: Break (free time) 19:00 hours: Dinner 21:00 hours: End of Day 1
Program Day 2:
10:00 hours: Doors open 10:30 hours: GameStorm retrospective 11:00 hours: GameStorm practice session and explanation of the guide 12:30 hours: Lunch 14:00 hours: GameStorm plan overview (prepare, produce and post-production actions) 15:30 hours: Time for questions 17:00 hours: End of day 2

In return for the GameStorm license the Gamification Academy asks for 25% of the yearly revenue of GameStorm Sessions to invest in the continuous development of events, marketing and
product development (both digital and analog).
These tools will then be provided to all GameStorm Troopers.
When & Where?
1. We plan sessions four times a year, both virtual (Hangouts) and real-life. You will have an appointed personal coach (one of the Gamification Academy founders).
2. The GameStorm methodology will expand each time.
3. You will become better each time you play it.
