Levels What They Learn

2. “How should we execute our business strategy?”

• What success factors are necessary for executing our strategy (i.e., key operational, customer and employee capabilities)?

• How do these success factors link to our financial goals?

3. “What do we (as a business unit) need to excel at to drive success?”

• How will we execute the strategy at our levels?

• What processes and systems do we control that drive our success?

• How do these drivers link to our success factors?
