The president of L-C Associates, Frank S. Chuang is widely acclaimed for his outstanding contributions to the civil engineering sector and has played an important role in the successful completion of many projects.

Being the president of company, he administers the feasibility studies, detailed specifications and plans, and preparation of reports on all projects.

Major projects in which Frank has participated as a project manager and project engineer are Oak Point Link Rail Connection Structure Design, Bronx County; Peck Drawbridge & Viaduct Structure Design, Bridgeport, CT; New Haven Line Catenary System Rehabilitation Study, New Haven Greenwich, CT’ Charter Oak Bridge & Approaches Reconstruction Program, CT, and many more.

Frank S. Chuang is a well qualified individual, having done his post graduation degree in civil engineering and Ph. D from the University of Massachusetts. He has served as the Director of The Equity Bank, Wethersfield, CT, and the chairman of Flood Encroachment Control Board, Wethersfield, CT.

Aside from that, Frank has also been associated with State of Connecticut Board of Examiners for PE and LS, and Wethersfield Planning & Zoning Commission.
