Our employee model aims to employ rural workers at our sub-urban areas and providing opportunities of employment to 70% of the area population. While eliminating the challenges observed in Rural Business Models, Five Splash finds that providing outsourcing solutions and services in this way improves our customer’s efficiency, better manages their business information and improves the associated processes.

Board of DirectorsPriya Sharma – MD and CEOPriya is Co-founder and Managing Director of the Company. A Master’s in Computers, She serves as the backbone and thus always keeps her team in the front to deliver and get all the accolades, but always takes the front seat when the situation asks for it. Her selfless, ever guiding, and positive attitude has helped the organization to realize the value of an “Inspirer”.
After being inducted into “Sharma’s” family after marriage, Pooja, a Mathematics and Physics graduate, had been looking out for an opportunity to explore the corporate world. This is when she joined the Five Splash Team and has been an integral part of the core team ever since. Apart from work, Pooja loves pets and cooking regular stuffs.

A technocrat and Engineering Graduate in Electronics, Ankita brings on-board her interest adding to the business model of the group, i.e. bringing jobs to Rural people as well as bringing Rural youths to Job. Ankita has been liaisoning with various NGOs across the state of Rajasthan, and trying to bring rural youths to the group, which is the most significant work to be done for keeping the spark of the group’s mission alive.

A Graduate in Electrical Engineering, with more than 13 years of experience in IT industry, Srini has worked in Retail, Banking, Insurance, healthcare, and Utility industries. Worked with global Companies like Mastek, Accenture, GR Power Switchgears, Srini brings on-board technological domain knowledge, which has helped the organization venturing into E-Book and other digital businesses. Srini heads the Hyderabad center and thus manages the P&L responsibility of the center as well.

Ken Jourdan – Senior Sales Director
Ken is an industry veteran with more than 20 years into sales, sales management and BPO Outsourcing Services. His career path covered being a manager for Beneficial Finance, a collector for Ford Motor Credit, an F&I director for multiple automobile dealerships and many others. His outsourcing experience has provided solutions for USA Service Bureaus as well as off-shore services. Currently based out of Henderson, Ken is leading the Sales and Customer Relationship for Five Splash.
An Expert in BPO industry, with a vast experience of 12+ years across different business verticals, viz telecom, BFSI, Insurance, Ankur has been instrumental in bringing Companies like Solutions DIGITAS, Magus, Teleperformance and Vertex Business Services to huge setup of 1500+ employees across India. Ankur is responsible for entire Operations of Five Splash and handles Voice and Non-Voice businesses, for both domestic and international markets.
Vikas Maderna - Head, Software Services A Commerce graduate with a Masters’ in Computers, Vikas has 10+ years of experience in Software Development. Vikas has gained domain expertise in Financial and Healthcare industry, with his application powering major Hospitals across India and abroad. Currently based out of Germany, Vikas handles the Software development services part of the group, and has been leading the in-house development requirements as well as external customer requirements.
Mr R C Gupta is a technocrat. A 1972 batch Electrical Engineer, with almost 40+ years of experience, he is currently working as General Manager . With his last experience as a Site head with Rajasthan State Mines, he brings in a huge experience in General Management, Facility Management, and Administration, with invaluable guidance in operations as well.

Quality StandardsOur corporate goal is to achieve six-sigma accuracy (99.9991% based on total keystrokes) for key only data entry
To achieve accuracy standard rates of 99.85% or greater based on total keystrokes, information is processed using “key-key and verify” techniques (multiple-pass data entry), where an entire batch of work is keyed from image by two operators, returned electronically to the workflow program, and differences located and re-keyed.
