Project objective

• Competency Based Learning = students have to prove their competencies by means of assessments and/or portfolios

• A portfolio used in organisation A is only partially relevant for organisation B: competencies of degree courses differ!

• This project aims at using (importing) several e-portfolios for competency assesment and exporting the results to other e-portfolios

Building blocks in the application Connecticut :• Portfolio viewer: a student can import all his

e-portfolios and upload files from anywhere• Competency Assessment: organisation makes

competency profile and assessments for students/assessors to assess online, using portfolios/files as proof

• Export: results and relevant files and portfolios can be exported
