Background Tour
Purpose/Background
• Show CURRENT # tickets on each of your Service Boards, along with their progress and current status
• Designed for display on LCD display on the wall in the engineering area
• Drill-down into tickets on this Service Board– Click # tickets for category to see THOSE tickets
Notes and Notices
• Ticket counts are shown as of CURRENT time and include tickets that were still in-progress as of midnight last night.
• Dashboard update frequency is denoted on the top of the dashboard panel next to “last update”.
Where to Find the ReportDashboards > Eng_Dashboard
First Time: Select “Tickets By Board”
Click “Add Now” for Tickets by Engineer

Overview
Select boards to display via “Parameters”
Click # to see all tickets in that category on that Board
Click to Rename or Remove this Panel
Automatically Updates
Click Header to Sort
Drill-Down“Re-Opened Tickets” for “Blue Board”

Export to Excel
ParametersSelect which Engineers you want to display
“Check” Boards
to Display
Click “Close” when you are finished
