EMPOWERING EFFECTIVE LEARNING CENTER
BACKGROUND
Human Resources Department in lowering the cost of investment in employee development
programs, often decide to organize internally on program development and performance
improvement organization, to establish and create a Learning Center, but often in the operation
and empowerment Learning Center encountered many problems, including:
1. Not effective program organized to support the growth and development of the organization's
performance
2. Difficulties in implementing the results of the transformation that has been held, in the form
of training program
3. Mistakes made when identifying shapes and types of problems that occur, so that employees
are required to follow the program, can’t achieve success in order to achieve the required
performance standards
4. Accuracy of success in measuring the performance of the business, so that the program
which was held bias in meeting objectivity
5. Mistakes use of strategies to execute the process of developing the skills of employees
OVERVIEW
Learning Center at profit organization (company) is a division or department that is independent,
has a duty and responsibility, including the following:
1. Improve the performance of individuals and organizations, through training activities
organized in the classroom
2. Conduct analysis on the problems faced by individuals and organizations as the cause of the
failure to achieve the specified performance
3. Do research the products to meet customer needs
4. Do research on the type of product that is becoming a trend in the market, including product
substitution
5. Conduct research on strategy undertaken by the company
6. Improving the efficiency of the company's operating costs, through the organization of
training and education
7. Ensure that the investment costs incurred will comply with the Return of Investment (ROI) in
a short time.
