Improve the performance of individuals and organizations, through training activities organized in the classroom 2. Conduct analysis on the problems faced by individuals and organizations as the cause of the failure to achieve the specified performance 3. Do research the products to meet customer needs 4. Do research on the type of product that is becoming a trend in the market, including product substitution 5. Conduct research on strategy undertaken by the company 6. Improving the efficiency of the company's operating costs, through the organization of training and education 7. Ensure that the investment costs incurred will comply with the Return of Investment (ROI) in a short time. 8.
