Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is one of the most versatile

building materials available to architects and engineers.

Developed in the twentieth century, GFRC has been making a

significant contribution to the economics, technology, and aesthetics of

modern construction worldwide for over 50 years.

GFRC is not a single material but a family of high-performance cement-

based composites reinforced with special alkali resistant glass fibres,

which can be engineered to suit a wide range of applications.

Lightweight Cladding Material for Industrial and Commercial

Buildings, Residential Complexes and Individual Villas as

decorative facade or total prefab enclosure.

Individual decorative elements of various types as required

in a structure, like Sunscreens (Grills), Column Cladding,

Capitals, Brackets, Keystone, Window Sill and Door

Surround, Cornices, AC Cover, Planters, Landscaping

items, Corbells etc, customized.

Standards and Specifications

Photocatalytic Active PrinciplePhotocatalysis is a natural phenomenon in which a substance known as a photocatalyst uses light to expedite the rate of a natural oxidation process. Ever-increasing air pollution affecting urban areas has recently compelled researchers to take advantage of photocatalytic properties to abate the noxious substances that are contaminating the environment.

GFRC Installation

Eco Vision undertakes GFRC Installation using skilled & experienced GFRC technicians.

Fixings change from site to site and location were GFRC is to be installed, hardware can be either G.I. or Stainless Steel. Drawings represent typical GFRC installations only normal GFRC components have either built-in-fixing like welded nut plates, wedge anchors, cast in sockets etc. Direct fixing to wall takes place through use of angle cleasts, expansion anchors, oversized washers etc. sometimes thraded rods are used.

Joints between components are not to be filled with anything.

Eco products combine the look and feel of traditional stone with the high performance, long life, low maintenance qualities of modern materials. Creating an inviting and durable area for both residential and commercial applications.

aving has been around for almost 5,000 years.

One of the oldest paved roads was discovered Pin the summer of 1994, in Giza, Egypt. In

Europe the earliest known use of precast building

stone dates about the year 1138 and was seen at

Carcassonne, France the cite’ which contains one of

the finest remains of medieval fortification. The

product gained wide spread usage in London in the

year 1900 and in America around 1920, the White

House being a superb example. The imposing

building facades adorning the streets of London,

Paris and other major cities in Europe and America,

which appear to be composed of natural stone are

actually precast building stone. Interlocking pavers

are manufactured by machinery in factories. They

consist of both fine and coarsely grained aggregate,

along with cement compounds. The ingredients are

put through pressure and vibration courses, which

produce a strong, durable concrete that can then be

molded into various shapes and designs.

Advantages of Pavers

COMPOSITIONEco pavers constitute fibre reinforced concrete UV resistant pigments combined with a range of additives & effort of Eco Vision Team. The process of making Eco pavers are both a science and an art.

COLOR RANGEThe wide choice of standard and custom made colors available gives the architect a high degree of freedom.

Colour Contribution: Chemical Contribution:

Messy installation, large equipment involved, long cure time.

Quick to install, no mess installation and can be walked on immediately!

Durability Not Flexible - will crack from freeze/thaw cycles, Settlement and salt deterioration cause further instability.

Not Flexible. It will crack! Not Flexible - It will crack! Extremely flexible base and application with Lifetime Product Warranty against cracking.

Maintenance Wear and weather breakdown surface. Will require black seal coat in a about 3 years to maintain stability and appearance.

Oil can be hard to remove. Cracks are unattractive and costly to fix.

Oil can be hard to remove. Cracks are unattractive and costly to fix.

Stains are well hidden within color patterns or deterred by sealant. Washing off with a hose is usually enough. Pavers can be flipped or replaced.

Repairs Oil drips can errode surface and pothole repairs leave unattractive and/or uneven patches.

Difficult and Costly to repair. Patch repairs leave unattractive scar marks. May require remove and replace.

Difficult, costly to repair. Hard to match color, pattern. Repairs leave unattractive scar marks. May require remove and replace.

Easy to remove, replace or flip a paver. Lifetime Product Warranty makes this a safe bet!

Appearance Unattractive with mainly black as color option. No texture variations.

Usually grey with few color variations.

Limited style and color variations. Looks artificial.

Wide range of colors, patterns and shapes. Endless design options. Great visual appeal.
